Northern Dial Artist Profile

LOONY

Toronto, Ontario, Canada

LOONY is a Toronto singer and songwriter whose records sit between R&B, neo-soul and left-field pop. Her writing tends to stay close to the body: small details, tangled feelings and melodies that feel conversational instead of oversized. After the 2024 self-titled album LOONY and the 2026 project JUST HAPPY TO BE HERE!, she returned in July 2026 with the single RaGDOLL, keeping the focus on loose groove, vocal phrasing and emotional messiness rather than polished pop symmetry.
